Oven profiling is a way to obtain an understanding of oven temperatures at all key stages of production. The operation is quite easy to carry out if you have the right tools. In this case, a data logger is placed in an oven proof case and set on the oven belt for the required running time. The data will then be transferred to a computer for easy interpretation, and you will be able to determine whether everything is in order.
